The Egyptians and Romans used Ostrich OIl more than 3,000 years ago on lesions, burns, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, dry skin, dry hair and arthritis. References to the benefits of Ostrich Oil are documented as far back as the first century, A.D. Since then, people all over the world have been using Ostrich Oil to smooth dry, chapped skin; relieve eczema and calm irritated burns.

Nature's Edge was started in 2008 by Nutri-techa and Harold Van Foeken. Both had invested in a company that was selling similar products that was no longer in business. (Nutri-tech is a customer that sells ostrich meat). It was formed in the hope of bringing more money to the producers and the great benefits of ostrich oil for human skin to the public.

A company in the Midwest was found to produce the products. All products are formulated by a chemist who has spent years working with and making different products with natural oils. The results speak for themselves. From feedback received from customers almost everyone simply calls it "the good stuff".

Nature's Edge currently carries different typed of lotions, shampoos, hair conditioners, foot creams, pain relievers, body washes, bug repellant and pure oil. All products have been enriched with Ostrich Oil, free of parabens and have no artificial binders or preservatives.
